Cadd Cae computers organized a Technical seminar on Trends in Software industries on its premises on 06.01.19.Mr. P.Saravanan, Director, Cadd Cae computers inaugurated the seminar. Mrs.Kavitha Saravanan, Asst. Director welcomed the gathering. About 52 participants took part in the seminar. Mr.SundaraPandian, IT Corporate Trainer, delivered the key aspects such as Why Technical skills are important at workplace particularly with computer programming, existing demand in the present scenario of software industry and the ways to procure the skills required. He also highlighted through presenting videos and  stressed the need of acquiring the most important skills and requirements such as Core Programming Language, software testing, BIG DATA, R programming, Mongodb, CASSANDRA, C, C­­++, DOT.NET, Database, Testing Good communication skills International standard certification including IELTS & TOEFL, Resourcefulness etc.,

Most of the participants expressed their views that it was excellent on providing the latest advancement in the field of Software industry and it offered solutions for work related difficulties.
